Very Good Experience with Fresh to Home. Review on Freshtohome

In short I am trying to explain my experience on my order and trust with Fresh to Home. Thrice I have ordered with Fresh to Home.

Customer Service: I am satisfied with the customer care team. When I found my residence is slightly outside their area, I contacted their customer service team and one lady actually helped me by coordinating with their delivery manager and got the delivery in early slot to a nearest place where the delivery guy delivered me the item neatly packed. The item was fresh, On two other occasions they delivered the item to my parents house well within time through the customer service instruction.

Product Quality: In my 3 orders I have got fresh and neatly cleaned fish be it Prawns, Mackeral, Mathi/sardine or White Pomfret or Mahi Mahi. I admire these people are thorough professionals and the fish cuts were excellent with fish quality better than local market. No Gimmicks. Item neatly packed with weight and rate details in the tag attached with the delivery Bag.

Delivery Timeliness: Very Prompt. Should Admire them and special thanks to the delivery Guys who drive in pathetic Bangalore traffic in their two wheelers and deliver so many customers in time. An advice is like other companies they should subsequently opt for 4 wheeler transports to avoid risking the lives of the delivery boys in Bangalore traffic.

App & Websites: Their website is so addictive that even though I am not interested in buying daily, but in a day at least once or twice I spend my time seeing their website. The rates, cleaning charges, fish photos and descriptions are crisp and to the point as required. Their prices are at par and sometimes high but we know in advance whether we should buy or not. That s advantage.

Reliability: They have built a Reliable team be it their website team or Delivery team or customer care service or procurement team. All coordinate well.

Summary: I have read through few negative experiences, but fortunately I have had 3 orders and have sincerely not faced any negative issues.
