One of the most unethical & unprofessional companies to be offering products on line. I had placed an order for a Henley T-Shirt in Dutch Blue, but I received the T-Shirt in Powder Blue. When I informed them that they sent me the wrong product, they did not respond. Only after several reminders they replied accepting that a wrong dispatch had taken place. But said that they cannot exchange the product as the prices had gone up and that if I return the sent item by myself for which they say they stand no guarantee of receipt. And if and when their warehouse certifies that the product received is in good condition. Then they will credit this amount to my freecultr account and I have to make use of this amount with another purchase within 6 months & if I do not do so the amount will be forfeited.
I had asked them to confirm this matter by mail, but they replied that it is not their procedure. On line purchases are made in firm faith, as we make payment without even seeing or holding the actual product and this is the way they treat their customers who purchase on-line. This is nothing short of cheating, as they know that they are in a different location as the buyer.
Every time we try to contact them by mail, they say that they will respond in 2-3 days time, but never do. I have come to learn from several customers that this is their regular practise. This company is more into cheating their customers than doing business. As it is, their products are below standard and not of good quality. I really regret making a purchase from them. If any of you want to throw away your money then only buy products from Freecultr or Freecultr Express. This company and its products are to be shunned and not used.
