I have used freecharge to transact with IRCTC site, So I have added Rs.146.33 to freecharge wallet from my bank account. Ref:100001256454437. The amount was debited from my bank but not Cred824ited into wallet, so the transaction got failed. Again I have added Rs.150 and completed the transaction, the failed transaction status was shown as "Failed", but after sometime the status showed "Completed", I have tried calling CS freecharge for more than 15 times, but every time the call got disconnected and no response from them.
So I have sent a mail to care@freecharge.com stating that "If my transaction was failed, then where is my refund status? If the transaction is successful, then where is my money in the wallet?" But they sent me a recorded reply that all their rules and regulations. What nonsense is that?
These kind of fraud sITES_Company are trapping customers, and looting their money in all the ways. Beware of this site.
