Hi guys I am sharing experience of freecharge.in
I have visited a lot of sides for electricity bill payment but I have never seen a website like freecharge.in. It was a really worst experience for me. I have paid my two electricity bill each of 2000 rupees or more and they deducted that amount from my bank but even 10 days are spent still I got no confirmation. Now I am getting the same bill showing due date included fine. Now ask freecharge.in who will pay my fine. When I tiered to call freecharge customer service they don't even pick my call. Calling them cunsumed a lot of my times but they cut the call every time. They show all fake and invalid offers and the transaction free is too high the refund system of freecharge is very bad and lot of my friends still got no refund when there event was cancelled. So I recommend never ever use freecharge.in.
