Guys today I am going to review freecharge.in which is a online recharge plateform for Indians. Recharge process is gd enough to use it but I feel there is little delay in recharge and adding money or directly recharge with netbanking or debit card is little bit tough due to connection failure error.
I faced this issue so many times and got my money back after 4 days.if you have already added money in your wallet than its process is fast. They give good deals and offers on their website but sadly maximum offers are not available for airtel transaction this is the worst thing which makes me crazy. If I am mainly airtel user and want to get offers than who are you to stop me.i do not understand this, airtel is number 1 in the telecom industry and they are not giving offers on their any platform, like mobile, dth.
Snapdeal bought freecharge last year so its good if you have wallet balance to pay on snapdeal and last month freecharge introduced virtual card on their website to transact tension free online.I am happy with its services but not very much.
