I had made a transaction for M.T.N.L. broadband through Freecharge.in on 11/April/2016, and from the very day it is showing that "your transaction is successful".
But when I am checking M.T.N.L. website, it is showing that your bill is unpaid and the due date is not so far, when I try to contact Freecharge what they do is just assure that "your transaction is successfully done and it may take 72hours to reflect on biller's website", but it's been more than 5 days since I have made this transaction and I have not received any response for my last mail.
