It's been near about 1 year I have been recharging from Freecharge for my mobile, DTH & other services. Recently I have seen a new add about FREECHARGE GO card & I've created one & kept Rs. 400/- to my freecharge wallet. It was described that we can do many things by FREECHARGE GO card and as usually purchased one product frm EBAY.IN against the card but after paying the amount Ebay team wants to confirm the card & I've forwarded the mail to Freecharge team to help me. After almost 48 hours I got a mail that I have to contact the Ebay seller & have to solve the matter.
I think my money has gone. Another bad thing about Freecharge is that if someone's recharge is unsuccessful he/she has no way to directly interact with Freecharge customer care executives but have to submit an email/application against the problem & then they will play with you and ultimately neglect you as the team did with me. Freecharge team should feel ashamed for their behavior. I've attached the documents as a proof of my review. Let people decide & judge against this matter.
