I have been using Freecharge for about 2 years and since then we have not done any offline bill payment or recharge transaction all thanks to the easy to use website, app, user interface and the amazing discounts, cashback, coupons and the paid surveys( now closed) provided by them.
I have been able to choose the best available top up and special recharge offers which are most suitable to me again helping me to save and also Freecharge has come to many times when I or some family or friend is about to run out of balance and the cannot go to recharge shop, so kudos to them.
