Fraud freecharge. Review on Freecharge

They dont have number to call which is biggest fraud as a hint. They had an excellent response through e-mail in terms of reply turn around time(within 5 minutes or 2 minutes). They respond to the marketing query which adds money to their pocket.

1. Their strategy is to give attractive offers, but offer is of no use. Because their terms and condmajeechaons says that you need to transact from your debit or Cred824it card only, then only you can avail the said offer.

Now when you go to recharge by following their instructions, you will always get failure notification upto 3 times or more than that, due to this the failure transaction gets deduct from your bank account and the same is being Cred824ited in FC Cred824its section(which is of no use to avail offer, your amount gets stuck in this section as they are not refunding the amount back in your bank account, now you have lots of balance in your account so forcibly you need to recharge your mobile number or other numbers to get rid of high balance, when you balance becomes low, again you can may fall in trap of offers which will add money into FC section)

   
   




3. When you write to care@freecharge, com these goons will not respond to your complaint or escalations, they will entertain the query only(so that it will help to store indirectly your banl balance into their portal balance).

   
   




4. This is an online website and they dont have physical entity, this might be not safe for your account details, bank details, etc. Even they have software called as justaishwaryasingh23 which is again not secure.

   
   




5. Their mobile app and website dont have much contents which is again doubtful in nature. Hence it is better to go for aishwaryasingh23Tm.
