I am sharing my personal experience with you about Freecharge, I have received a popup that Freecharge is giving 50% cashback on bill payment so I decided to pay my MTNL broadband bill it was 721 INR and when I paid bill, it took around an hour to show that your transaction is successful but when I checked in MTNL's Site it showed bill pending, I mailed to Freecharge and they Inform me that my transaction will be shown within 72 hours in biller's website and it took 4 days to reflect in biller's site, It means that If you pay bill near DUE date you will have to pay penalty even when you pay before DUE date.
But this is not matter of concern, They instead of cashback gave me coupon one of metroshoes.com(300 INR) and in this site I could not found a shoe less than 800 hundred and second coupon I got was of Dominos 15% discount and anyone can easily get 30% discount on Dominos site, simply Freecharge make fool of others please beaware, they are looting rampantly.
