Freecharge which used to be the best recharge platform is longer the same. Freecharge were best known for its superior customer care. Its services are becoming irritating and they no longer respects their customers. Here's my personal experience:-
They claim to reply to your message in their facebook page within minutes BUT the person handling their facebook page is very stranze and generally never replies to my messages until I pass a negative comment on their posts in facebook.
Sometimes they dont even reply in comments. Once I asked something in comment instead of replying me they replied to the person who commented on my comment.
Ticket system is also the worst and don't provide sagtisfactory reply. I recently shopped on JABONG and I didn't get any cashback in my wallet while they showed users would get 20% cashback.
I filed a ticket regarding this with all appropriate proofs. They replied me we have passed it to our internal team and will respond you shortly. Its around a week and theres no reply from them. This wasn't the issue which would take such long time to get solved.
- I asked from them to call me or provide their customer care number to get my problem solved fast but they didn't provided any satsfactory response to it saying we dont offer customer service over call kindly message us .
I have faced such issues with mobikwik earlier but their executives provided satisfactory response and solved the problem ASAP.
