Well, I am a postpaid user but use free charge to recharge the mobile of my wife and mom. I have been using the site for almost 10 months now but till date I did not face any negative experience. Rather I find it convenient and time saving.
The only issue is that not all the offer of particular operator would be available on free charge, if you need to check all the offers/ packs then suggest to recharge from mobile service provider site only. I at times opted for coupons also at nominal cost and I have redeemed also. However I suggest no need to take wen site( Like Jabong, petlas etc) coupons. However coupons like MCdonalds, CCD are really good to have. Also recharge happen instantaneous after making the payment. But with so many negative feedback, I would be cautious to use it in future.
