FRAISER CRANE

Fraiser Crane is a radio psychiatrist by profession in Seattle, an orator and a genial person who is far from staid but weaves in a lot of humuor in every one of his shows. This program evocates a lot of day-to-day problems and also gives us a gist to foster the right solution to it. Fraiser’s gallant and boisterous voice helps him get most of the chicks but it is very seldom that he is complacent of his own success.

Here are a few people who constitute a major part of his life-

Martin crane – His dad who lives with him and has a few misadventures of his own. He often instigates at Fraiser’s eccentric plans. The have a lot of their conflicts but at the end of the day Fraiser is a chip of the old block.

Daphne – his dad’s caretaker who also lives with them. She is thoughtful and intelligent but can sometimes can transmute to be obstinate. A British Babe better described as pretty and smart.

Niles Crane – Fraiser’s brother who is the ‘The next best thing’ to Fraiser himself. He is also a psychiatrist mid-way through a divorce. He has the most spontaneous wit and a sense of humour which is anything but lurid.

Roz Doyle – Fraiser’s producer and co-worker in the radio station. She often has problems of her own but none that cannot be solved by Fraiser.

Bulldog – He host a different show on the radio and is far beyond eccentric. He has a constitution of an ox and a wit to match with it. His day doesn’t go by without resenting others by sing his rash humour.

Lilith – Fraiser’s ex-wife who brings cold showers and more of her bad luck with her every time she visits. But Fraiser concedes they aren’t destined for each other and are better off away from each other.

‘Fraiser’ also holds the current world record for the sitcom with the most consecutively won Emmy Awards. It is a show contemptuous in humour. Now nearly seven years of its release, it still does not fall short to get all the laughs and appreciation it deserves. Coz at the end of the day no one can get enough of this quirky shrink.
