I had a real bad experience with this courier company, on 11th July I booked from Chennai a card to be sent to my mother in Calicut, thinking it would reach her on her birthday[ it had a cheque also]. Four days after, I casually phoned up to her and found, that such a thing had not reached her. When I checked up with the booking agent he says he is helpless and also advises me not to use the service of this company.He then asked me to track the letter to my dismay the message says it was booked only 2 days later and to Erode of all places. I tried calling the Reg.office no one picks the phone[they have almost 10 numbers]. Next day I called up Erode the lady says try Palghat and gives me a number, no one picks, finally I try Bangalore their HO a guy picks up gives it to a lady who says' Call later' and cuts of the line.the audacity of this courier service.
The local guy tells me I will try getting your letter back, maybe they sorted in a hurry and put it in the Erode pile.
What can you call such service?.all possible #^\ words.
please dont ever even in your neediest hour your choose this courier FRANCH EXPRESS NETWORK PVT.LTD.Its better to send it by ordinary India Mail.
