I had booked for Head, Neck, and Shoulder massage services at the Powai center using the online booking facility. I confirmed the same on a call resisting numerous attempts of the caller trying to “sell” me additional services.
Reiterated the same at the center, but they added back massage without my knowledge and confirmation. I realized it only after I got the bill. It was cheap tactics to sell more services. I had planned of using this spa on a regular basis, but not anymore. Suggest all to be fully aware of their cheap tactics.
