The first time I bought this, I bought it more because of the advertising. And then after having it, I like the taste too. Best time to have it is while watching a movie. Because it a mellow kind of a drink in the beer world. But don't consume too much, gives me a slight hangover aftermath.
Yes, it is definitely different compared to other Indian beers. The pint option is definitely one thing that it brought into momentum in the Indian liqueur market. Other brands such as Bacardi, sandpiper, Castle and the likes have started making pints. Not there we no pint options earlier, but Fosters definitely contributed to popularity. But again, the price is not too fit. Maybe ok for an occasional drinker. But for the once a week, or more, kind of people would find the 650 ml version better for 35 bucks (approx) compared to the pint option for 25 (approx). AS far as taste goes, it definitely has the licks and kicks.
