Hi friends,
I want to share my experience with this Fossil Watch and I have purchased this watch to present this watch to my brother and the cost of this watch is very high and initially, it worked in a great manner and at present it stopped working and it is a famous brand so I brought it to my brother and it got damaged within span of four months from the date of purchase.
Customer service:
The customer service that is provided is very poor and I made the call to the customer support to raise a complaint and it is not a toll-free number and they take more time give the response to us and they are not able to provide the service centers in our locality.
Staff courtesy:
The staff is not having any patience and they order us to buy otherwise they keep on scolding us and to show the items in the shop they struggle a lot and they are not having any patience.
