What I have to say is, It is the best brand When you compare the price range among the premium watches and it gives you International warranty For just 6495/-,
Wherever The Brand Titan Sells its watches for more than 8000rs and gives National warranty.
Suppose if there is any problem in your Tommy, Fcuk, Espirit, Police, Kenneth Cole, and at last TITAN watches. You have to go Titan service Centre.
They will take more than 40days to complete a service, I will tell you the process once you submit the watch to the staff for service.
They will hand over it to their supervisor, After he will send it to the Service centre and after a month you will ask the staff about the watch.
The staff will say it is under process later he will ask his supervisor, Supervisor itself dont know where the watch is now.
If service people finishes the repair after 40-45 days with lots of complain then they will courier the watch to the customer without any intimation to any body.
But, Coming to Fossil we have a procedure
We will take the watch and courier it to our Service Centre and then they will update the details of the watch to Store software so that any Fossil staff can view the repair details.
We are giving you garuntee that your watch will be repaired within 30 days.
Cause it depends on the issue of the watch if battery problem we will change it and Crown problem we have to check the spare model and if it is not availible in india we will order at hongkong so it will take time to finish within 30days.
We give 6months warranty for the repaired watches, No other company gives this Benefit.
Suppose if your watch has some internal problem within the purchase of one month we will exchange the watch with no questions asked!

Coming to design, In my experience No other words it is HILARIOUS AND MARVELLOUS.
Same time other brands has also good design, when compare to fossil it is bit dull.
Some are good some are bad.
We can say 90% of the Fossil watches are good in design.
