First of all, I am an housewife, and it is very important for me to take care of my family. Healthwise first we have to choose is our cooking oil. I have tried most of the cooking oils, from which I have used fortune oil for longer time. My family is joint family and my father in law is an heart patient, so my friend suggested me to use'Fortune rice bran health oil'. Now I am using this rice bran oil only. I must say this oil is dam good. The person who cooks regularly will come to know the difference between this rice bran oil and other oils. It has low absorption fat which has become compulsory for everyone today. Anyone who is health conscious should try this oil. This oil is very good for heart patients. The oil is cholesterol free. In my family everyone likes the food I cook through this oil. Whatever we cook, the item is cooked in low quantity of oil. The oil is expensive compared to other oils, but if you have to protect your health then we should see the quality also. I think every family should use this oil only. Because it will protect your health in your future.
