FOrtune Ford is the WORST place to get a Ford car serviced at Hyderabad. I came from Pune and got my car serviced at this wonderful place. They presented a bill of INR 10, 000 to me mentioning I had to change a lot of stuff despite my car being in pristine condition. I paid the money but realised that my car was totally messed up. Alignment was out(despite being charged for it), My RPM meter started to fluctuate and the car started jerking at the start up. I reported this to them and they billed me for aRPM wire(Which was again perfectly fine). The car still remained messed. I then showed it to another car repair shop and they showed me that a tripod conecting wire was eaten up causing air to go in and the RPM fluctuating. I went to ford again(as that garage did not have the spares) to let them know I diagonsed the problem and asked them to do the needful. They changed the same and instructed me to leave the car so that they could check it thoroughly. I left the car for a day and here I am - My fuel(which was half tank ful) is totally empty, they billed me for INR 3500 again for the wire changed and labour charges - BUT THE PROBLEM STILL PERSISTS.!
NET NET: THEY CANT DISGONOSE A PROBLEM, CANNOT OFFER APPROPRIATE SOLUTIONS - THEIR SOLUTION IS TO CHEAT THE CUSTOMER, ASK HIM TO CHANGE PARTS(Desipte of them being in good condition) AND WASH THEIR HANDS OFF. F.Y.I: MY CAR CAME BACK TO ME ABSOLUTELY DIRTY FROM INSIDE WITH DOZEN OF MOSQUITOES INSIDE .!
