Had a very bad experience at the hospital for my wife's delivery. The doctor's did not explain any procedure for a normal delivery. Instead the doctor was concerned about getting a c-section done. But we insisted on normal delivery even after repeated attempts.
The billing is horrible. Please go through your bill CAREFULLY before paying. You will be surprised at the fraudulent billing. I had a couple of items added in my bill which were not relevant. After running behind the nurses and billing department and radiology I finally got some of the items removed from my bill as the reports were not available. Worst was everybody tried to convince me that the billing was appropriate. But I refused to make payments unless the reports were given to me. At this point they said that the scans were not conducted and they agreed to reduce it from my bill.
I am not a doctor. So I cannot comment on the medicines that were added in the bill. But I am suspicious after the above experience.
The food is pathetic. Worst even for a normal human being let alone a patient. The food is so gassy and smells stale. This food is mandatory for a patient. Only option for the patient is to consume this food or pay and order food for the attendant and consume that which is also from the same vendor.:( God help the patient. Outside food is not allowed which is strange and sounds like a good deal to make money from the patients/customers who have no options.
