This is my 04th such incident when I got disappointed by the services of this hospital.
Being the healthcare institute, you don’t have much choices. Every time during emergency you have to look at these premier institution because you have no choice other than going there. This hospital has become the looting agency where patient care is based on the money you have in your pocket. Even money can not solve the problem at times because as and when you get exhausted, they will through you out with incomplete treatment. This time I am mentioning the name of the doctor, who did not respond to us even after waiting for more than 5 hours. Thanks to god that it was not an emergency. I took a Gynae appointment for Dr Priyanka Tyagi for tele-consultation and did not get the call back even after repeated calls to the hospital.
Pathetic services and pathetic care.
Decided not to go there even if I am in dire emergency.
