I went to goa as a trip from college 2 months back. There on the next day we went to the Aguada fort. The fort is small when compared to other forts and cleanly maintained. The walls of the fort still look so much beautiful. The fort is at the edge of the ocean and the fort is fully surrounded by deep digs which were used to defence containing water and crocodiles, so that the invaders cannot cross it easily. The fort is having light house, prisons. The view of the ocean from the fort is so much beautiful.
There are no hotels near the fort, you have to come to city which is 10km away from the fort. The roads are quite good and easy for driving.
If you are paying a visit to goa then please never argue with the people over there whether its your mistake or theirs oly, just try to avoid the argue because the people over there are too rough.
