Bollywood--->Punjywood. Review on Format of Music

Review: Many Indians(especially) must have thought that Bollywood would shift to Punjab very soon!.That's why the title of my review goes as **Punjywood.

This review is not meant to hurt anybody from this particular state of Punjab. This is purely my view on the way bollywood's movies and music is making its way to'Balle Balle! If you haven't observed, then observe it from now onwards. Every second song of any movie being played on FM, AM, or any music, TV Channels is containing Punjabi language.like sonive, mahive, balle balle, sadde, sannu, kudi.lots more.Don't know how many people can understand these words.

Switch over to FM. first song would `ajave come lets to balle balle', then goes'kudi kanvari there pichche pichche.jaatha kahan hai sohniya'., after this mennu, ishq ka lagiya rog, mere bachne.nayyo ummeed', mahive, mahive. Get fed up with all the balle balle get on to a hindi music channel on TV.same bangda again.infact almost every song. There used to be a time, with such magical melodies blending with such sweet Clean hindi or urdu'lav(b)z', (words) like kahin door din dhal jaye.shaam ki dulhan badan churaye.chupke se aaye. Let it be a fast number like aap jaise koi mere zindagi mein aaye, tho baath ban jaye.

Consider movies would be out of Punjywood. No.just for an intro watch'ek aur ek gyara'.3/4th of the movie goes in Punjabi dialogues. Many of the blockbuster family melodrama kind of movies like Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gham.it depicts Pujabi tradition. India is known for its various languages and its tradition. There are such rich traditions in states like Gujarath, Maharashtra, Andhra, Rajasthan, Tamilnad, Karnataka, Kerala.each state has a different language and different tradition. Even though the bollywood is existing mainly in between Marathi and Gujarathi speaking Indians, there is hardly anything comes out with a good spirit in Gujarathi or Marathi. Where there is mocking scene, they would use Gujarathi language with a weird accent or a south Indian Tamil or Malayalam to make fun of.or use Bihar accents.

Does these moves get produced only for Punjabi crowd. If one checks the statistics, the highest box office collections take place in Maharashtra, Bihar, Tamilnad.If you closely observe, If the producer or director is Pujabi then everything flashes over Punjab. But its not the same with other states directors or producers. Do they mock at any Punjabi speakers? Why should these movies hurt ones feelings instead of entertaining them?
