I placed an order two weeks ago and still have not received it. I tracked the package and found that it had been delivered two days ago(even though I was home all day), and after going back and forth trying to verify the delivery with my local post office we concluded that it had been stolen. I decided to call F21 and when I finally got through to an actual human being, he was of absolutely no help.
He told me that I can not be refunded OR sent another order until next month. Apparently I have to wait two full weeks from the alleged delivery date to make a claim that my package has been stolen. Who knows what they'll do to compensate after. Terrible Customer Service.
I love the clothes but the customer service at the store I go to isn't good but pathetic. Girls are rude and not helpful at all.
