I have always loved and favored “Forever new”. They sell cute clothes at reasonable price tag, though the quality have never been so great. They had recently started selling expensive items. I assumed that if I was paying more bucks I would also get better quality. Unfortunately, I was all wrong.
I recently bought a faux leather jacket for approximately 4000 bucks from Forever 21 and when I received it, I was shocked to see that the stuff was dreadful. Then, I found out that we cannot directly return their items to the store and get a money back. If we have ordered it online, we have to ship it back without any free returns
