I have gone thru the same bad experience at Southcity, Noida. They dont have staff, dont tell u the real picture, will try to fleece u at the first instance. I had a small 2 inch dent on the bonnet, and the guy told me to pay 4000/- as the entire panel had to be painted again. If I had gone to a roadside enter he would have done it for 500/- .
Another time, 3 days after service, the oil filter ruptured and the mechanic (outside) told me that it had been badly fit due to which it ruptured and oil leaked, I had to shell out 1000/- for new filter and oil. It is better get rid of these cars and buy a Maruti/Hyundai instead. When you call them for service, no body picks up the phone, even if they do, they have no drivers to pick up the car. They expect us to take our car to them and come back home in a rickshaw?
