Though little pricy compared to the rivals around the category,it is a good car with power , room and plush interior,comfortable cooling and nice music system and most amenities provided,backed by Ford brand.Definitely an improved version over the previous,which did not fare well after an initial pic up. Suspension however is not adapted to Indian roads.
The product is backed by both before and after sales service.It is too early for a new product to assess rpair-parts costs,but as per the industry trnd,will be expensive to maintain like the most others.With itssturdy built,however the maintenance may be less frequent.
There is a need also to have service facilities in the heart of the city and larger no of centres.
