I feel this review is:
The biggest problem I find with the IKON is the unresponsive nature of the company and its dealers and unwillingness to deal with customer problems. Only lip service is paid. Lot of customer feedback exercises but no constructive effort to solve problems. FUEL MILEAGE is very much off the promised mark..i get 6-7 with AC and 9 without AC in Calcutta. I think FORD is repeating what it did with the ESCORT..take customers for granted alongwith taking them for a ride
