I have worst experience with ford vehicle I sent my vehicle28 times to the ford service and they are not able rectify the problem.Maintenance is very high. You feel comfortable initially but after year or soit will start showing its true colors. My recommendation is stay away from fordvehicles. If
Vehicle value degrades like anything check price in second hand market and youwill realize the value is nothing after a year or so.
Customer service is very poor, lot of negligence causes your vehicle to go forpart replacement sooner
I hope this will give some thoughts before you buy any ford vehicles. I alsohope they work on these areas. but India I dont think they are really seriousabout this. I tried a lot but they just ignored. I just want to make you allaware with the fact hope you will think twice before your decision.
