Hi,
I just bought a car from Fortune Ford, Hyderabad on 6th July 2006. Its just been 2 months that I bought the car out of which I was away from the city for a month and hence the actual time I have used the car is just 1 Month.
I negotiated with the dealer for the Waxoyl Coating on the car exterior. When the car came to me the plastic parts which were BLACK turned WHITISH like old cars in just 2 days. The car was sent back and it has been the service station 3 times for the same issue. They are not ready to replace the plastic parts spoilt by them.
Later my car was hit by a truck and when I got my car back from the Service Station, they did not check everything. It seems they do not maintain a checklist of things to be checked. I had to spend 2 hours waiting for them to finish the Final Delivery. I had to point out the issues and they were resolving. Thats strange isn;t it??? I guess the Customer is he person who keeps a checklist there. Guess what, after getting the car from the service station, the water leaked inside the car under the Driver's Seat and they say the A/C pipes have some blockages. Strange isn't it?
The complete experience so far in just 2 months is PATHETIC. Even when you try to call up FORD INDIA HEAD OFFICE. You just dont find the numbers. Coz their website does not believe in showing numbers.
My car spends more time at the Service station than I use it.
Never ever take the car from FORTUNE FORD HYDERABAD ever.
