I have driven it for more than 1, 20, 000 KMs in last 4.5 years. Good amount to start review I believe.
Ford was pathetic in after sales service and it is always.
They will simply put workaround for the issues or problems till your vehicle in under warranty. Once you finish with your warranty, they will start telling you that the the issues are because of the wear and tear and you have to bear the cost.
This vehicle has the history of bad fuel injectors, Steering rack, break shoes and drive and timing belt issues.
Good thing about the vehicle is its road grip. No other vehicle except polo beats in this.
Service and parts cost is much higher compared to other segments.
Mileage will drastically drop after 50-60K because of various reasons.
Specially for vehicles registered during 2010-2013, the spares or parts used in this vehicle are of very low quality.
This vehicle will run smooth until 50K and shows you the real face of its cheap quality spares used.
My Suggestion - NEVER EVER BUY FORD VEHICLES
