I bought Ford Figo Diesel variant three years back during the year end sale despite my craze for Maruti Swift. At that time waiting time of Maruti was almost 3 months and variant that I was looking for was beyond my budget. I thought liva at that time but due to my advice from inner circle, I went in for Ford finally. The Sales staff was courteous and friend. I had a wonderful experience with a sales team(5/5)
I am not heavy user of the Car. I went for couple of long drives along with my cousin from Chennai -Rameswaram / Chennai - Dindugul. I am surprised to hear feedback from wife that comfort was better than our cousin's Toyota Innova(6 years old). It has good luggage spaces and very comfortable for people sitting behind for long drives.

Recently I started taking the car to office every day( I get around 14 Km inside city)
For long drives, the mileage is get around 19Km per litre . Mileage I would give(4/5)
Car is nice to drive with its hydraulic steering wheel. One more advantage of this car is narrow but long hence it is easy to drive in indian traffic condition. The pick up of the Car is also good.
Audio/Blue tooth are great value addition of the Car. If you like to hear music you will really enjoy in this car.

My service experience has not been spectacular so far. I am really wondering whether we have trained service experts. My car was recently serviced(Third service). The maintenance cost is not high but only feeling is whether they are really trained or not. I heard some noise while braking but was not noticed by the Service Staff(service 3/5).
This Car suitable for someone who does not care about resale value, likes comfort, likes to hear music and loves to goes on long drives and who travels in heavy traffic and narrow road(since car is narrower than Swift). Also you need to careful while maneuver speed bumps or Path holes you could easily damage your car.
It is a great value for money but you have to careful and clear what you need to fix while at the Service center.
