I had booked New Ford Figo automatic version in Oct 2015. I was looking for a compact SUV with auto gear. Ford had launched this new Figo with auto gear. New figo was launched in Sept end 2015. After booking and paying advance of 30k, I was told that the delivery will take 45 days.
After waiting for 45 days, I was told that Ford CAN NOT deliver this vehicle.No resons given whatsoever. I was teriibly frustated. NO regrets or no reasons given. In fact I was advised to go for some other model.
Horrible experience .
I went for Hundai grand i10 auto gear version and I am very with this vehicle.
