I bought this car before 2.5 years. In the first service itself I noted that the car sound was high and the mileage was low. But they told that the sound is normal only. but when I compare with other figo of same variant the my car was much noisy.
They didn't even cared of what I am saying. During the service after first year I also told that the mileage was only 13 Kmpl even in highway, the service person told that they will look that. But no use, even after service I got the same mileage. Then during the service on second year the complaint was still raised with AC problem and Problem in Right side Front suspension. Even though we mentioned it clearly they haven't repaired that also. Then after speaking to another ford car owner, I came to know that Ford won't cure any problem during warranty period, Ford will repair only if the warranty period is completed and will charge very high amount.
After hearing this I was totally frustrated. Because I bought this car as it seems to be value for money. Now I am driving with all the above mentioned problems like high roaring sound, worst mileage, AC problem and Suspension Problem. After this worst experience I am not advising anyone to buy cars from Ford India. Also friends you also don't buy cars from Ford India, andif already bought and if it is in warranty period better try to sell it.
