Ford once on the verge of shutting down its operation due to pathetic products backed up with non professional service, huge service bill has got a breathing space with the launch of Figo and was trying hard to change the image,


My car was first among the initial batch and reported huge issues related to brake assembly,  clutch drifting to one side which the company was not ready to admit initially but was forced to do when I posted it inFB .


It's just a usual affair of this company not to do any major works in warranty and waits to bill once it's out of warranty(old habits die hard, ikon billing era) same is what I am facing even with extended warranty they are just making me a fool, trail mails to Ford customer care, MD all shows how well these US company makes us a fool .


So never buy a ford if bought sell it off before warranty because they are waiting for you . Always go for a brand which has parts available in market and less hype and extensive workshop network

Kindly inform when is the extended warranty of my car expired as per your records,


All the issues was reported during warranty period itself, Kindly quote the dates on which your dealers have serviced my vehicle so that things become little more transparent.


You have still not answered why the Power Steering Hose was not replaced during the warranty period


kindly stop giving theories and provide proof for your claims that this vehicle was out of warranty when it was taken to service .


Provide supporting data, as you are proving your management is a Fraud again and again by beating around the bushes

Dear Sri Vidya,


Thankyou for updating me the warranty is out and it's a paid repair now which was in any way was your plan. It would be great if you could kindly explain why this Gear box issues was not addressed during the time of warranty which I have brought into notice of your Muthoot and Malayalam Ford Dealer .


The fraud answer from you was I didn't gave time to get the repair done and after 2 days you came with an another lie that dealer has put grease inside the gearbox and rectified, which is absolutely fraud .


If your dealer can put grease inside the gearbox without opening it and solved the issue how did it relapsed with in next 2000 Kms . The useless service was done by your dealer in less than 4 hours. regular service and gearbox repairing which you claim that your dealer has done in less than 4 hours, please note they have just replaced the engine oil, not even a water service nor wheel alignment, did not attended any other issues because they were busy trying to exchange this car for a new fiesta classic.


2.Ford Company has recalled Figo to replace the Power Steering Hose, why was it not replaced  even after multiple visits till date, who will be answerable if any accidents happens if that part malfunctions during driving.


You just need to check when was the Ford issued a call back to replace the Power Hose and how many times did my vehicle visited your dealers till date .any kid can understand your company didn't cared to do the work


I have photo graphs of the faulty paint job right from the beginning and your dealers also agreed to the same .

This is a text book case of non professionalism and fraud carried out by your company because your company was not ready to agree to the dealer that it's a technical issue and asked the dealer to push it off the warranty .


requesting you to kindly recheck the documents before coming into conclusions else escalate the matter to higher authorities in your company who can look into the matters transparently and arrive at a logical conclusion rather than making the customer and your own top management a fool.


With reference to trail mail pls note it's actually disheartening to see Tagged as "Importance Low "when you escalate a customer complaint to respective department, it clearly reflects your attitude towards your job and how you sees customers concern.
