Had an accident, but the horror starts once u land in ford for repair, to my surpise they gave me an estimate of only 9.9L where as the cost of new vehicle is 7.85 as per there ad.
I said if 9.9 is the repair cost then its better to show total loss so that I can atleast my IDV value of my car but they said it can be repaired and wants 50% to be paid by me.
First of all due to a curb stone on road the car turned upside down, so in 1 turn the car has become scrap .
I think this is a trap to loot the customers by both company and insurance people.
My heart is bleeding and I m cursing my self to buy this car.
