I am surprised to see, how the Brands can ignore the critical aspect of Service to the customers, My car is hardly 3 months old and It takes 5 calls for the dealer to respond. The service at the dealer "Shaman Ford" is so focused that he says pls. get your car at our place to have a look , I went MAD in explaining the girl on phone that car is having some sound from engine & would you really like me to drive the same to your place.
Another problem that I have found is with the Fuel gauge, For its goodness Ford fiesta comes by default with a predictive distance indicator that vehical can cover given the driving conditions, now the problem is that this predictive indicator changes the fuel tank gauge as well, so no way you will get the correct reading on the fuel gauge. My heart sinks as I see the fuel guage going up and down like the BSE sensex on a journey. Sometime just after the tankfull the fuel guage still shows half tank. I am very confused as how to handle this. FORD After sales service have no answer to this one , I do not know how to contact teh product design team.
I feel the after sales service will strike FORD as well.
