SYSTEMS BREAK-DOWN AT FORD MOTORS
I had purchased a 'FORD FIESTA' on Jan. 30th, 2006 and also 3 year TOTAL MAINTENANCE PLAN ( TMP ) for which FORD collected additional 16, 000/- from me.
In Feb. 2007, I approached their dealer M/S. Amin Ford for fourth service and was informed by them that they had resigned Ford dealership. I tried to book servicing officially at the web-soite, but that also ssemed to be in operative -"PAGE REQUESTED NOT AVAILABLE".
I then sent e-mail on March 20th to: - custmail@ford.com with copies to
ajaganna@ford.com
lpurusho@ford.com
There was no response, although return receipts are available. Again another e-mail was sent on March 31st, 2007 with additional copy to - cargainz@ford.com.
I got a telephone on April 2nd, 2007, if I wanted to get car serviced. I reacted positively and took the car to the dealer on April 3rd, 2007 after duly informing by e-mail at all the above addresses. I took leave of office and Upon reaching the dealer, I gave the list of work including TMP work. Dealer regretted to take TMP work as he does not get payment from FORD. Thus the FORD FIESTA remained unserviced.
All my mails have till date remained unreplied. FORD has clearly failed to discharge their responsibility and taken us customers for ride. There seems to be total break-down of systems in FORD.
