This is due to the lack of good service personal who understands in and out of the Engine, trans, shocks etc completely. I guess Ford India has not trained their Service Managers. supervisors at the Dealors Service centers completely. The technicians do not have the capacity to spot, caliber any problem. The customer service needs attention even at Ford India.
Driving Experience: Travelled almost everywhere in South.
OVERALL Experiance: comprises of road handling, maneavouring, safety with speed. Sometimes touching 165 KMPH.
