I have purchased a new Eco ford Eco sport in the month of December . The car is going good with its features and all factors.
The only disappointing factor in the entire buying procedure was the dealer Kaikan ford of kolkata. They are just bothered about sale and their targets.
Customer satisfaction is far from near. While taking the delivery there was no ceremony as most of the Hyundai& maruti showrooms follows.
They took us to the dirty basement where there were 4 servicemen hardly interested in explaining the car features, only interested in getting tips, the agent of the dealer specifically asked us to pay, the moment we shed out 200 rupees all of a sudden the agent left the basemen and the service man got scattered not bothered whether the customer was able to drive is up that steep slope from the basement. No pics were taken as is done in Hyundai, it was done when j purchased a car there and maruti too. Very sad not bothered about anything else .however this did not impact us from enjoying the ride in the car.
