I am a resident of Bareilly(U.P.).I booked Ford Ecosport in Jan'15 at Local Dealer "CAPL Ford" and gave a Cheque of Rs 50000 on 16th Jan 15 as booking amount.
I was promised by their Executive(Mr Shivam-088590xxxx) that car will be delivered till 5th of Feb.but from last 10 days he was not picking my call and today when I again tried to contact him; he informed me abruptly that it will take another 10 days or so. the attitude of Executive was very casual & Unprofessional and he made false commitment from starting.
I guess sale of few hundreds units PAN india has made them arrogant.!
