I got Ecosport AT 27th mar. The vehicle has stoped due to no reasons. I thought Ford is bluffing the people by selling cars with non authorized parts.so I went to service center there they changed the PCM and cables on the new car and they are not give me the work done copy. The customer care from the Ford promised me that a free 3rd year extended warranty, but I was paid already during the car delivery. I have called the Customer care many time to get an proper answer, but never replied.From my experience from Ford is very worst and don't buy any cars from ford who don't hear any of the customer grievances. They are ignoring the complaints and not answering properly to my emails and calls. The Dealer is trying to help us but no use . only think I understand that once you caught in the net of tje ford you cant escape
