Never Order From Food Panda! Don't get lured by their discount schemes.They are fooling People.
They are complete fraud. you order with them and restaurant people don't care since it has been discounted you get a discounted service and food. please don't waste time and effort with these guys as they don't provide any service worth mentioning.
Their website has many errors and at times it took half an hour to place the Order.After applying the Coupon the order does not gets placed and Coupon gets wasted and cannot be reused. The Rates listed for items of many restaurants are V V High.
The Quality of food of most of their outlets is Pathetic! Food is either delivered late or 2/3 hours early resulting in complete waste.
Sometimes food is delivered with items missing. Most of the restaurants listed for your area after placing the Order will not deliver and you will have to keep following up with Food Panda for the Refund. Their Chat service and Customer care service is Worst!
Their Staff is highly untrained and useless. After promising Refund they do not refund your amount. Most of the codes will not work and even if they work they will insist on online payment and then not deliver the food.
Latest instance-I ordered food on 30th July evening at around 4 pm from Food Panda website. The food was not delivered on the day of order as there was a power cut in the area. Next day, I called them for at least 10 times to get the order delivered. They took close to 3 hours. Each time I would call, they asked me to repeat the order and my address and every different person answering the phone had no clue of the order. They refused to deliver 2 items which I ordered, saying it is not available.Amount not refunded.Food was stale. Tried connecting to Food Panda without success either on their call center or Chat. After waiting for around 15 minutes on line, the call was abruptly cut. Chat window had 45 people in Que before me. It took 2 hours for the Chat person to come online till then I had leave everything and remain glued to my Laptop screen.Even then they did not resolve my Problem and said they are helpless -I should speak to the Restaurant.
They have schemes with heavy discounts in place to lure you into ordering and left at the Mercy of the local mismanaged restaurants.
If you contact food panda they say' we cant do anything about the service providers and you should contact them directly' . whats the use .
I had several bad experiences with them.Worst Worst Worst Worst Worst Worst Worst Experiences with food panda . Repeatedly.
I have permanently given up Food Panda even if they give me free Food(Which is Stale).
