I am a foodie and eating outside is one of my hobbie, I am passionate about tring different restaurant, new food items, and I love to explore different flavours and spicy food.
FOODPANDA is one of the most convinient app to order food online.It is one of the best app to order your favorite food from your near by restaurent.You dont have to go outside to eat you can get it at home just order it from foodpanda.I always used to order food from outside in great price from foodpanda as I dont have to go outside, struck in traffic, no need to reserve the table.you can enjoy the delicious food in your comfort zone wearing shorts or payjama.
LIKES-Availability of huge numbers of restaurent and cousines just in your fingerprint, you can compare the price of your favorite item in that single app, good offers and vouchers on meals, where ever you are they just delivered your food right there, no need to keep change as you can pay by secure online payment, fast delivery, you can track your order through the app, very simple way to get the status of your order and delivery time, you can coustomise your own meal as you used to do in restaurent according to your need.
DISLIKES-Even after secessful order you wont get the item in time and after some time you may get the messaGE LIKE "SORRY SOMETHING WENT WRONG WITH YOUR PAYMENT GATEWAY, YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN CANCELLED", even their customer support are not so coperative, cash on delivery is available with limited restaurent, If your food wont meet the quality standard you dont have any other way to return it as you have to wait for another 2 hours or sometimes no refund for that, They take the order easily but they delivered the food after 4 hours and whenever you call them you got the same reply within 45 minutes your food is going to be delivered, they wont delivered your food in the exact adress.
I have worst experiance with foodpanda and I wish it shoudnt happen to anyone else.I ordered my food from a neighbour restaurent through foodpanda by paying online.I got the conformation also that within 45minutes your food has been delivered to your exact location.I waited for almost 1 hour and called to them, their is no one to pick up my call.i tried for several times but no one responding so atlast I went to that restaurent and asked about my order status, they simply replied that they dont have any order CONFORMATION with my name and location.
I ordered it at 7 pm and its already 9.45 pm so I choose to eat in that restaurent by paying again 450 rs and at around 10.30 I got a message which states that YOUR order has been cancelled due to some payment issue.Again next morning I tried to call them but no one is responding and from that day I promised myself not to order from foodpand if I have any other option.Its better to eat outside or otherwise bring it to home by yourself if you have time but before giving online order think twice.You may sleep on that night without eating.choose other option if you have but dont order from food pand.
