I am writing this review with very much disappointment, here are few reasons why I was so disappointed:
They manipulate our orders as per their requirements
I place order from same restaurant every day and suddenly one of the support team calls today and says it's out of our delivery area and changes the order as per his wish.
He places order from a restaurant which is at least 15 Km far from my address even without checking with me and makes me to wait for an hour and order was still not delivered. Have to chat to support to know the status
Support team figures out one of their team member placed an order from a wrong restaurant and he asks me should he cancel or place an order from different restaurant. TIme was already 3.30 Pm(passed 2 Hrs) and I was starving to hunger.
Asked for a food from nearby restaurant, he says not available. But, still the item is listed on website and menu.
Asked for a different food, he says you have to pay extra. Already spent 45 minutes chatting to the chat support person. All problems were created by them and hence I refused paying 60 bucks extra.
They cancelled my order without my permission.
Before cancelling he frustrated me a lot. I din't had my lunch still, it was 4 PM already.
I tweeted and they tells me we will look into it and also asked me for the order ID, which was already deleted by them. How can they manipulate customer details. Also, they have removed my recent order details.
I couldn't attend my meetings, my mood was spoiled, I was starving to hunger, there are no one from foodpanda to address my problems.
Today support person calls me after several tweets and offered a coupon worth Rs. 160. Tells me to place a order above RS. 160 to make use of the coupon. First of all I don't want to use his service and he is trying to convince me by providing a coupon.
The person who spoke to me had no answers for any of my questions or concerns. I was giving the valuable feedback to them by finding the bugs, technical glitches and the problems associated with the support. But, these guys are offering a coupon.
