Panda is happy but are consumers ?. Review on Foodpanda

I have been ordering food from various restaurants with help of food panda and they have been doing an awesome job since all these years. I used to order food earlier within am hours time slot but now they have increase that time limit but the question is why did they do it? more over the type of discounts they used to offer no I am not able to see those kind of discounts anymore . The question is why did they had to take this step. people those who have been using food panda regularly might already now the answer and it is plain and simple they were not able to fulfil there promises earlier be it order delivery on time or increasing consumer satisfaction.

Now will they be able to compete with other providers in future depends on there future strategies of there business plan mean while as a consumer I can only say that they will have to improve as per the current market.
