The lehenga was suppose to be delivered on 10th November 2017. I kept writing mails to flyrobe and tried to get in touch with the customer care, in order to track my order as I had to leave the city on 10th evening for the wedding. Please take note of the fact that while booking the lehenga at the Rajouri store, I was assured that I would be getting a call on 9 th November 2017 from the flyrobe team and that I could request for a delivery before 6 pm on the scheduled date. I anxiously kept waiting for a message or call from your team and upto my surprise I received a call at 4 pm on 10th November which was to inform that my lehenga would not be delivered that day and would reach me on 11th November in the afternoon. I felt so helpless as I had a flight to catch within a couple of hours, not knowing what I would be wearing on my D day. Even before I could explain my situation to the lady on call and could ask her for a delivery at a different location, she disconnected the line and did not even bother to call back.


I had to miss my flight, just so I could coordinate and get my lehenga.


I understand that shipments do get late due to unavoidable reasons but the girl who gave me the first call at 4 pm did not even bother to talk politely and give me an assurance of on time delivery the next day. I believe Flyrobe as a team should understand that their business is not just about making money, but also about fulfilling a huge responsibility that they take when a customer books an order with them. Crying and worrying about your dress is the last thing a bride would want to do a day before her wedding.


Having gone through this trauma I feel so cheated as a customer as I paid a rental for 4 days and ended up getting the lehenga so late.


When I asked them to refund that 1 day rental, very smartly they sent me a coupon after writing 1000 mails. The coupon gives me 500 off on my next order. I mean, seriously? After all this, are they really expecting me to place another order with them.


Don't ever rent an outfit from them.
