NorthWest Airlines. Review on Florida

We went to Florida in March and I have to say Florida is a beautiful place, I loved every minute of my time there, however, as this is the place to air my views then air it I will. Never fly by Northwest Airlines, I would rather walk to Florida then fly by them. Every flight we took to Florida via Detroit was delayed. The first was a 12 hour delay from Gatwick and all we got was a phone card - yes you heard right. Yes, the one hour flight to Fl was by first class but with what we went through it was the least they could do. Even our baggage was delayed because the doors to the plane would not open, it was one catastrophe after another, and delays on both flights on the way back home too. They have not even bothered to answer my letters. Please dont travel by them any other airline but not them. You will thank me for it.
