They are Scoundrels . Review on Floraindia

To be really honest  this is the most corrupt, bogus and team of cheats that I have dealt with. I not only agree and believe what each one of you went through. Because I went through a similar experience and it was a pain  to deal with their customer service. And believe me, you are lucky if you happen to get even a minimum amount of rebate.

I ordered an egg-less pineapple cake and a heart-shaped flower arrangement for my parent's 25th anniversary. First of all it was never delivered until 11 in the night when almost everyone at my place was in bed. And then it was the wrong cake and it was squished. The flower arrangement was wrong.

After mailing them several times, they agreed to re-deliver but at their own convenience which was totally unacceptable. I agreed with someone who said it is not about the money, it is about the occasion and the sentiments attached with it.

These guys need to be confronted ... because I thought I'm the only victim but now after reading your reviews I strongly believe that they are not professionals and once they get their money they treat their customers.

*What should be done to prevent these guys from fooling others? I never got any refund and they have constantly ignored my emails. I'm so mad at them and almost on the verge of suing them and launching a law suit against them. Join me.
